Verjus Apero blanc, TEMENT
Colour: Bright, radiant golden yellow with distinct green reflections.
Nose: The Verjus Apero smells of fresh grapes, citrus, and a meadow full of blossoms and grasses. Its elderberry and sweet, fresh floral honey notes are very pronounced.
Palate: Juicy and stimulating, with a pronounced acidity that tantalizes the tongue and makes saliva flow involuntarily. It not only whets the appetite but also leaves you wanting more.
