As with a concert or theatre ticket, all our ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Responding to requests to change a reservation is at the sole discretion of Zeit Genusswerkstatt. We kindly request a minimum lead time of 5 days for any rescheduling or change requests. In these cases, please contact us at info@zeit-genusswerkstatt.de or via our contact form. Your ticket is not personalized and therefore fully transferable. To transfer a ticket, please call us on +49 172 5153822 or contact us via our contact form . Only tickets purchased through Zeit Genusswerkstatt GmbH are valid.

Your prepayment for the ticket/reservation includes the menu you booked, as well as aperitif, bread & oil, water, coffee/espresso & chocolates, and cheese & digestif. Any additional services are individually bookable arrangements and will be charged separately on the day of your visit. To complement the menu, we offer a special non-alcoholic beverage pairing or a select wine pairing.

Our Carte Blanche menus are the product of craftsmanship and passion, and involve a great deal of work. Allergies will of course be taken into account, but must be communicated at least 5 days in advance! Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate lactose-free or vegan diets.

To complement the menu, you can choose between our special non-alcoholic beverage pairing or a select wine pairing. Of course, you can also choose drinks à la carte, as well as our wines & champagnes by the glass or bottle.

We don't have a dress code. Our only concern is that YOU feel comfortable!
